Reader's Corner With Bob Kustra Features 500th Guest

Our radio show Reader's Corner, hosted by Boise State University President Bob Kustra, is celebrating a major milestone this month. The program's 500th guest is scheduled for the weekend of October 27. Adam Hochschild, author of the book To End All Wars, joins 499 other best-selling authors and prize-winning journalists who have joined us for a thoughtful half-hour on the radio.

Dr. Kustra recalls show favorites since the program launched in 2003, including Holocaust survivor Samuel Pisar, biologist Terrie Williams and political analyst Peter Bergen.

"It’s been an honor and a privilege to sit behind this mike and talk with individuals who have challenged and inspired me," Kustra says.

Boise State Public Radio General Manager Tom Michael adds, "Long-form conversation is in short supply on the radio dial today. We’re grateful for Bob's commitment to locally produced programming."

Reader’s Corner is broadcast Fridays at 6 p.m. and Sundays at 11 a.m. on KBSX 91.5 FM.
