Boise State Public Radio Welcomes New Morning Edition Host

Boise State Public Radio

Boise State Public Radio welcomes Dan Greenwood as the station’s new Morning Edition host and reporter.

Greenwood joins Boise State Public Radio after hosting Weekend Edition at KUNC, the NPR affiliate in Greeley, CO.

“I'm absolutely thrilled to be a part of such a solid news team here at Boise State Public Radio and can't wait to be the new local voice that Idahoans wake up to on weekdays,” Greenwood says. “I'm looking forward to learning everything I can about the region and am excited to call Boise home.”

Greenwood received his undergraduate degree at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN.  He graduated from University of Colorado Boulder in December 2014 with a Master’s degree in journalism.

“We’re excited to have Dan join Boise State Public Radio,” says News Director Scott Graf. “Dan is a talented host with a great voice and a bright future in public radio.”

Greenwood is a native of Owatonna, MN. He joined BSPR in May and will begin hosting Morning Edition the week of June 15.
