Women's March In Boise Celebrates Idaho's 100th Anniversary Of The Women's Vote

2017 Women's March in Downtown Boise.

The third annual Women's March falls on the 100th anniversary of women's suffrage. This year, the event will be a gathering at the Idaho State Capitol on Saturday from 9-10:30 a.m. Idaho Matters checks in with event coordinator Keri Steneck about this year's Boise event.

Gemma is the host of Idaho Matters, Boise State Public Radio's daily show which broadcasts live Monday-Friday at noon. She is an award-winning journalist and has spent the majority of her broadcasting career in Idaho. Gemma was a television news anchor and reporter in Boise for close to 15 years. She came to Boise in 1999 to start Fox 12.
