The City of Boise recently expanded their composting program, which means they’re asking for more of your leftovers.

Now instead of throwing away old meat or dairy products, you can add them to your green cart. Lisa Knapp, Boise’s compost program coordinator, joined Idaho Matters to talk more about these changes.
