Want to lower your stress levels? Try bird watching

Can birdwatching lower your stress and make you feel better? That’s the question one Idaho-born professor wanted to answer with a new study.

He found that not only is birdwatching an easily accessible hobby, but it also lowers psychological stress.

Boise State Public Radio reporter Abigail Moody joined Idaho Matters to tell us more and about the interactive "Idaho Bird Trail" map.
