Plein Air Painters of Idaho presents their first Virtual Art show featuring artist from across the state of Idaho. The show was juried and awards were given. Some of the art is for sale by the artists.

The Meridian Fine Art Festival will take place at Julius M Kleiner Park, across from the popular Village at Meridian, where visitors can purchase directly from the artists as they learn about their process. Whether you are an Art enthusiast, a collector, or simply looking for unique, handmade gifts, this event is not to be missed! The Meridian Fine Art Festival is a celebration of local talent, showcasing over 150 vendors from Idaho and the Northwest. This artist run, 2 day event features a diverse range of local art, crafts, tasty treats, and live entertainment, providing a unique experience for residents and visitors alike. The Meridian Fine Art Festival will run from 9-5 pm on June 27th and 10-4 on the 28th. at Julius M. Kleiner Park. Shelter 1A. Admission is free, so mark your calendars and join us for a weekend filled with art, craft, food and entertainment.

Cat Track 10K Run: Runners will ascend 3.1 miles, gaining 1,640″ in elevation to the breathtaking summit of Brundage Mountain via the Cat Track. Enjoy 360-degree views of Payette Lake & the McCall area, The 7 Devils Mountains, Granite Peak, Slab Butte and the Wallowa Mountain Range of Oregon. Runners will then turn around at the Aid-Station next to the top terminal of the BlueBird Express and descend the same route for a total of 6.2 miles. Bring along your family and friends to enjoy a chair lift ride to the summit to cheer you on!
The DOWNHILL Cat Track 5K run: Enjoy the views from the Bluebird Express as you ride the chairlift to the summit! The race starts from there at 10:15am. Runners head downhill for 3.1 miles (descending 1640″) along the Cat Track to the finish line. This will be an enjoyable and scenic race for those who want to try mountain running or bring the kiddos up for a fun 5K!

We’re bringing the first-ever Brundage Wife Carrying Challenge (similar to the ) to Brundage during our Fourth of July music festival, and it’s open to everyone!
Competitors go head-to-head in timed heats, and the two fastest teams overall advance to a final showdown for the title of Champion of the inaugural Brundage Wife Carrying Challenge! (No marriage required and same sex teams are welcomed!)
