A guide to foraging in Idaho

Hannah Gardoski

Throughout Idaho there are many wild and edible plants — ranging from berries to roots.

However, it can be hard to know which of these plants are safe to eat, which is why author Christopher Nyerges put together a guide called "Foraging Idaho."

He joined Idaho Matters to talk more about this guide and what we should look for when searching for our own wild plants.
