Dozer Day® is like going to a fair only our rides are real heavy construction equipment. Kids hop in the driver’s seat and actually drive dozers, excavators, and other heavy equipment with a professional operator at their side. Not only is it a dream-come-true for kids (and fun for the whole family), the event also benefits many children’s charities.
Dozer Day® is an immersive experience in the construction industry, that actually puts kids on and operating dump trucks, dozers, excavators and more of the largest machines the industry has to offer. Dozer Day® is also the perfect opportunity to connect with potential employers and learn about careers in the industry. There is something for everyone with: food, giveaways, pipe and tire crawls, SWAT vehicle, fire trucks, an ambulance and many other awesome activities.
Dozer Day is geared toward children ages 2-12 but our volunteers will use discretion to accommodate other ages as long as children fit comfortably and SAFELY in the cab of our certified, pre-screened operators.

Eagle Plein Air FestivalOctober 4–11, 2025 • Eagle & Boise, Idaho
Watch over 80 artists turn Southwest Idaho’s landscapes, gardens, and cityscapes into works of art during this week-long celebration of plein air painting. Enjoy free daily painting demonstrations at Merrill Park, special paint outs in scenic locations like vineyards, historic farms, and state parks, plus lively evening “nocturnal” sessions.

Each August, Donnelly comes alive with the sweet scent of summer and the unmistakable spirit of small-town celebration during the annual Huckleberry Festival. This beloved tradition brings together locals and visitors to honor the iconic wild berry that dots our surrounding hillsides.
For years, the festival has been a highlight of the season, offering a full weekend of fun for all ages. Visitors can enjoy a vibrant parade down Main Street, browse artisan vendor booths, and sample an irresistible array of huckleberry treats.
The festivities also include live music, a community breakfast, a spirited fun run, kids’ games and activities, and plenty of opportunities to connect with friends old and new. The Huckleberry Festival is the perfect way to celebrate what makes our community so special.
Join Meriwether Cider, a local food truck, and Phoenix Fire Games for a fun and delicious Sunday morning! The food truck will be serving awesome brunch foods, Phoenix Fire will bring a bunch of awesome games to play for free, and of course Meriwether will be pouring the good stuff!!If you're not a games person, no worries! You're welcome to come and just enjoy the food and cider!
