Response To SCOTUS Ruling On Colorado Baker Case

The United States Supreme Court ruled on the case of a Colorado baker who refused to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple, citing acknowledging the same-sex union violated his religious belief. 

The 7-2 ruling addressed the baker's conflict with the Colorado Human Rights Commission, specifically, but the overall message of the ruling could be far more damaging. We discuss the optics of this ruling with Molly Kafka of the ACLU-Idaho and Boise-area LGBTQ advocate, Alex Milles.
