- The City of Boise has been fighting to implement an anti-camping ordinance that would prevent anyone from sleeping outside in public places unless homeless shelters are completely full. - President Donald Trump has made lots of headlines with his proposals for increased tariffs on China and the economic impacts of a "trade war." But how are these issues impacting Idaho communities? Financial analyst Jason Norris with Ferguson Wellman talks with Idaho Matters about the effect on local communities.

- September 24 is National Voter Registration day and Ada County is celebrating by holding voter registration drives throughout the region. Ada County Clerk Phil McGrane joins Idaho Matters to describe how important voter registration and voting is.

- Surel's Place has been a staple in the Treasure Valley's arts community since its opening in 2012. The organization is currently hosting a Rhode Island music duo "No-No Boy", who will be performing in Boise this week.
