Boise-Based Basque Musician Wins National Heritage Award

He's been playing the button accordian in different musical groups for decades and was recently awarded the National Heritage Award from the National Endowment for the Arts. He joins Idaho Matters to discuss his cultural heritage and the thrill of winning his award.
