A Look At What Some Tax-Exempt Public Land Could Mean For Certain Counties

In 2016 the Idaho Land Board passed a policy allowing reinvestment in private timberland and agricultural properties. Seth Grigg with the Idaho Association of Counties says this policy can have a side effect of property taxes, especially in counties with lots of this kind of land.
