- The runoff elections in Boise and Caldwell are set for Tuesday, Dec. 3. In Caldwell, it's a city council race while in Boise -- voters will decide their next mayor. So what's at stake in these races, and which way are the political winds blowing? Idaho Matters will talk with two reporters from the Idaho Press covering these races to give their take.
- The healthcare industry is constantly involving. One of the most recent innovations is called "value-based healthcare," with Idaho companies like Blue Cross looking closely at the trend. We'll learn what this model is exactly and why Boise State University is offering a new certificate in value-based healthcare beginning in 2020.
- Local Idaho band Idyltime is releasing their third studio album this Friday, and they're celelbrating with a release party in downtown Boise. The concert will be a fundraiser for the World Center for the Birds of Prey, which one of the band members leads in his day job. We'll talk with musician and conservationist Tate Mason in advance of the release party.
- The North End Neighborhood Association in Boise is marking the holiday season with their holiday house tour Dec. 14. This year organizers will feature homes in the Hays Street Historic District, including a look at one of the oldest homes in Boise.
