This week is the “Week of the Young Child,” an annual celebration sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The goal is to raise awareness about the needs of young children and their families.

Each year in Idaho this event is recognized with activities and events. But with the coronavirus pandemic, this week is looking a bit different.

Joining Idaho Matters live to talk more about how you can still participate is Hailey Michalk with the Idaho AEYC
