Last week we heard from three election officials in different parts of Idaho about how they’re dealing with an unusual year. Today, we’re continuing our conversations with the folks volunteering to make sure every vote counts during this pandemic election.

Idaho Matters welcomes University of Idaho law students Danielle Strollo and Jeannette Moody. They are among about 80 law students who have stepped up to fill critical poll worker roles usually held by older folks, people who are more at risk of poor outcomes with COVID-19.

As COVID-19 cases spread through the U.S. and Idaho, we’re committed to keeping you updated and informed. You can get updated info on cases, closures and how to stay healthy at any time on our Coronavirus news blog.
