More and more of us are using social media these days to stay connected with friends and family as the COVID-19 pandemic rages on in Idaho. But how much social media use is too much? Idaho Matters checks in with Casey Moyer of Optum Idaho to learn more about how we can approach our social media habit when it becomes too much.
