- Guest host George Prentice leads a round table discussion of the week's headlines with the region's top journalists. This week we speak with Kevin Richert of Idaho Education News, Betsy Russell from the Idaho Press and Melissa Davlin from Idaho Public Television.

- The Idaho Shakespeare Festivalkicked off its 2019 season last week with the opening of The Taming of the Shrew. This season's program is chock-a-blockwith drama (Witness for the Prosecution, Julius Caesar) and music (The Music Man, Million Dollar Quartet) and on Friday's Idaho Matters, the festival's artistic director, Charlie Fee, joins us to preview the program. We also meet Eric Damon Smith and Sara Griffin, cast members from The Taming of the Shrew.
