Boise's Water Renewal Service employs innovative technology to cleanse the city's used wastewater. On Tuesday's Idaho Matters, we talk with Boise Public Works director Steve Burgos and communications director Colin Hickman about how they reclaim 10 billion gallons of water a year and where that water goes.
