Idaho Education News reports the latest SAT test scores have fallen backward for the second year in a row. We break down the numbers with Kevin Richert.

The Ada County Sheriff's Office and Big Brothers Big Sisters are teaming up to launch the Treasure Valley Youth Mentoring Program. "Bigs in Blue" will connect kids and law enforcement.

The World Center for Birds of Prey is expanding with its new "Global Stem Classroom," that will connect students with biologists in the field. We visit with the Power Foundation and the Peregrine Fund, and Phoenix, a red-tailed hawk drops by the Idaho Matters studio.
