Con-Con Part Two

aoc.gov

Back in JuneIdaho Matters spoke to Concordia University School of Law associate professor Mckay Cunningham and Georgetown law professor David Super about a “Con-Con.” That caught the eye of a group called the Wolf-PAC which has an Idaho presence. They want a “free and fair elections amendment” to be approved by a state-based convention. In the interest of fairness, we wanted them to come on the show and discuss this issue.
