  • Boise State emeritus professor receives community award. 

- With election day drawing closer and closer, elections has already begun with early voting. Margaret Carmel with the Idaho Press has been looking closely at the races and gives her thought on the what will win, surprise results, and the importance of getting people out to vote.

- Dr. Jim Weatherby, the former Director of the Public Policy Center at Boise State University, is being awarded the 2019 Stimpson Award, a recognition for civic engagement. The Boise City Club Board President joins Idaho Matters to discuss the award and how Dr. Weatherby has contributed to the City of Trees.
