The Boise metro has grown by more than 100,000 people since 2010. One of the most significant side effects fo this explosive growth has been a decrease in housing affordability. And it seems like everyone is talking about it. Now, the James A. and Louise McClure Center for Public Policy at the University of Idaho is sponsoring a discussion about growth from a variety of angles.
