- We've spent a lot of time reporting on and analyzing Boise's mayoral race. But what about the race happening in the city next door? Like Boise, Meridian has seen explosive growth in recent years. The suburban city will elect a new leader for the first time since when longtime mayor Tammy de Weerd was elected in 2003. 

- Democratic Presidential hopefuls have been talking a lot about firearm policies on the campaign trail. Turns out, this is a departure from previous years when candidates on both sides of the aisle resisted these kinds of discussions. We talk with Guns & America reporter Heath Druzin about the changing landscape of gun politics.
