Quality sleep is essential to human beings. But so many Americans aren't getting enough of it. This lack of sleep has significant effects on cognitive function, which raises questions for parents of school-aged students. Idaho Matters talks with a sleep specialist from Saltzer Health who treats sleep issues, and he explains how the holidays can exacerbate these problems.
