You know that feeling of being so hungry that your emotions get the best of you?

You arrive at a restaurant with your stomach already growling, and once the food arrives you barely pay attention to your dinner companions you’re so famished.

A version of that common modern experience is being recreated on stage at Boise Contemporary Theater. The play is called “Slow Food.” Actors Joe Conley Golden, Denise Simone and Jodi Eichelberger join Idaho Matters to talk more about the production.
