There's no question we're living through historic times. And to record it, the Idaho State Historical Society has opened up an online portal for Idahoans across the state to share their stories of this time.

Rather than work retroactively as historians often have to do — gathering narratives after the fact — the Historical Society hopes they’ll get to record narratives as they unfold. Joining Idaho Matters to talk about the project is HannaLore Hein, a historian for the state.

As COVID-19 cases spread through the U.S. and Idaho, we’re committed to keeping you updated and informed. You can get updated info on cases, closures and how to stay healthy at any time on our Coronavirus news blog.
