A Look Back On The Bill That Changed Idaho's Outdoors

Forty years ago last month, the area that is the Frank Church Wilderness was designated by Congress, creating the largest wilderness area in the Lower 48. 

Now, decades later, we look back on that decision with Larry LaRocco, who was on the Senate floor when the bill passed.
