A record number of Americans will hit the road this weekend to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday.

More than 72 million people will jump in their car, hop a plane, or take a cruise, and that includes more than 400,000 Idahoans.

Matthew Conde is the public & government affairs director for AAA Idaho and he joined Idaho Matters with some updates on holiday travel.
