Rural Idaho Sees Higher Voting Rates Than Cities

Recent data from the Idaho Secretary of State's office indicates that voting rates in many Idaho countiesare below the national average and that rural voters cast ballots at a higher rate than urban Idahoans. Idaho Matters looks at changing voter trends in the Gem State with political analyst Justin Vaughn.
