What Recent SCOTUS Rulings Mean For Idaho

Franz Jantzen

For the first time since 1996, the Supreme Court of the United States is issuing decisions in July. The coronavirus pandemic forced the postponement of oral arguments in ten cases.

Idaho Matters catches up with Shaakira Sanders with the University of Idaho Law School to get analysis on the latest SCOTUS rulings on abortion, religous rights and questions about separation of church and state. She also previews the still undecided case around President Trump’s efforts to keep his financial records private.

As COVID-19 cases spread through the U.S. and Idaho, we’re committed to keeping you updated and informed. You can get updated info on cases, closures and how to stay healthy at any time on our Coronavirus news blog.
