More than 1,900 scientists are calling out the Trump administration, saying it’s waging an assault on science.

In an open letter earlier this month, researchers from across the country accused the White House of ignoring scientific evidence and sidelining experts. Today we’re taking a closer look at what this means for science and the public.

Dr. David Pate, the former CEO of St. Luke's Health System, joined Idaho Matters to talk more.
