Feb. 5th Fan dancing w/Muff Jones (6:15 - 7:15p)In this props/movement class you will learn about different fans including movement and choreo.Fans will be provided but please bring your own if you have a set.
Arm Isolations w/Calypso Pearl (7:15 - 8:15p)In this movement class you will learn how to keep energy throughout your arms, utilizing shoulder work, and how to make graceful shapes and extensions.
Feb. 12th1920’s Finger Waves - w/Kay Chula (6:15 - 7:15p)In this hair class you will learn how to perfect the vintage hair style from the 20’s “finger waves”.
Tempo w/ Papi Cock (7:15 - 8:15p)This movement class emphasizes musicality, technique, and tempo, helping dancers move with precision while building confidence.
Feb. 19th Stage Confidence w/Kate E Gaga (6:15 - 7:15p)In this discussion/movement class you will gain tools to alleviate stage fright, imposter syndrome, and build the confidence of a career performer.
Stillness & Slow Burn w/Muff Jones (7:15 - 8:15p)In this movement class you will learn how to take up space, engage the audience through stillness, and slow down those moves to keep them wanting more.
Feb. 26th Making Feather Fans w/Muff Jones (6:15 - 8:15p)In this prop building class you will build your own pair of fixed feather fans. Options to build your own or take video/note on the construction of fans. Ordering supplies will happen during the fan dancing class.

Learn the ins and outs of throwing on the wheel, or use your registration to utilize our space and resources. Perfect for beginner, intermediate, and advanced potters alike. Even if you don't need guidance, there will be a Cat Clay staff member available in all sessions to provide support and answer questions!
This ongoing class is designed for entry-level and experienced students alike, looking for more practice time on the pottery wheel. Experienced clay instructor, Casey Gurr, will offer guided, small-group instruction for anyone interested in learning the basics of throwing on the pottery wheel. More advanced students are welcome to use this time to practice what they already know and try new tricks! After creating about 1-3 pieces, we will dry and fire their pieces for them. Most pieces are ready for pickup in 2-3 weeks.
Learn the building blocks of improv, and take your craft to the next level! At Sound and Stage’s Improv Jam, you can come watch or play on stage every First Friday of the month. Hosted by Daniel Maggard- with over 15 years of experience in the art of improv comedy. Volunteers are called in groups for teens OR adults game to game, ensuring a safe environment in an unscripted, unpolished, and sometimes unhinged show everyone can enjoy.
We are a nonprofit located on Amity Rd in Nampa, dedicated to making the arts accessible for all.

Ceramics teach a number of a valuable skills, including perseverance, patience, problem solving, and creativity! Bring your kiddos in to come and play with clay and learn how to use this fun medium to create functional and decorative pieces.
We'll alternate between learning the basics of handbuilding, wheel throwing, and glazing each week, so sign your kids up for multiple sessions to give them the full experience! Each student will proudly come out of class with at least one or two ceramic pieces that they built themselves. Ceramic artists and experienced teachers, Mindy Curran & Ben Alexander, will facilitate this class.

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program provides free high quality tax preparation services to qualified taxpayers. Returns are prepared by certified Boise State students, and each return is reviewed by a quality reviewer. Appointments can be made through taxhelpid.org along with other important information.
