Living Well With Diabetes: Workshop6 week workshop on Thursdays, 1:45pm-3:45pmAugust 14th, 21st, 28th Sept 4th, 18th, & 25thThis program is a 6-week workshop with the Southwest Idaho Area Agency on Aging designed for anyone who lives with diabetes or cares for someone with diabetes. We will learn self-management tools such as nutrition, preventing complications, managing emotions, action-planning, and much more. Registration is required.

Friday December 5th, it’s the Meridian Winter Lights Parade Downtown Meridian, Pre-parade activities at 6PM, Parade at 7PM - The mainstage is located at Main Street and Idaho Street just across the street from Generations Plaza where the tree will stay all season long.
