Get ready to make sense of Idaho history!
In this hands-on Homeschool Day, students will see, hear, smell, touch, and even taste elements from Idaho’s past and present while engaging with artifacts, crafts, and guided activities.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants, we are implementing timed entry ticketing. Please select an arrival time between 10:00am – 3:00pm. Everyone will have until 3:00 PM to participate in the classroom activity.
Admission is $4 per student (Youth 2 and up), and adults/teachers are $5 in a 1:1 ratio, any additional adults must pay regular admission. ISHS Members are free. Preregistration is required. Payment is due at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.
Bring in your favorite stuffie for a grand adventure! Together we will read them a bedtime story and tuck them in. Then you say goodnight. Pick up your stuffie the next day and see the adventures they had on our Facebook or Instagram!

Tunes & TalesThursdays, 10:00amGear up for a whirlwind of fun with our energetic storytime! It's a perfect blend of captivating stories, toe-tapping tunes, groovy moves, and loads of learning! After storytime we will dive into 30 minutes of open play.
All Zoo Boise daily admissions are only $3 each on every Thursday from November 2025 – February 2026. An inexpensive way to have a fun day or wild family adventure in Boise!
